Dear Harborside Owner,
Enclosed is the bill for your July assessment(s) and the remaining insurance. If you have any questions concerning your bill, please contact Paula at the Harborside office (252) 808-0300.
The gate code for this month is #2821 and I will include the new gate code in each newsletter. The code will change on the 10th of each month.
With the return of warm weather the activity at Harborside has increased. I would like to take this opportunity to remind everybody that we all need to follow the rules and regulations that have been established at Harborside. There seems to be several rules that we continue to have homeowner’s, and tenants, overlook on a continuous bases. Just to remind everyone: dogs, glass bottles and smoking are not allowed at the pool. The day dock is for loading / unloading with a maximum time limit of 30 minutes (NO OVERNIGHT PARKING IS ALLOWED), cleanup after your pet, return the dock carts as soon as you are finished using them. For anyone that needs a copy of the By-Laws or Rules and Regulations a copy is available on the owners website www.harborsideclubat70west.com that can be downloaded and printed.
